It’s that time of year when Art on the street comes to Quebec Street. Lots of talented people gather and set up their booths and display all their creations. It happens this Saturday June 22nd right on our street.
As you know.. I love to get creative at the shop and to be inspired by other creatives. I asked my long time friend Ali who many of you know from working here over the years to come in and help me out with the window. We used to brainstorm and design the windows all the time together.
A couple of months ago Ali designed some really cute stickers to update our online packaging. I thought it would be super fun if she would paint the backdrop in our window inspired by the stickers. Of course.. she was as excited as I was to dream up a new Shop B window.
This morning she came in and got right to work. Mixing paints, making templates and painting the backdrop. Take a peek or walk by to see how cute it all turned out!
Happy Thursday! We are totally gearing up for the long weekend here at the shop. We just changed up our window to a beachy summer getaway inspired display.
Our girls in the window are wearing…
*White modern shirt (Charli)
*Pink ruffle bathing suit (Eberjey)
*Ventura straw hat (Lack of color)
*Striped long dress/coverup (Eberjey)
Come on in and find your perfect Summer getaway pieces.
Today was window day at the shop. Cami and I decided to roll up our sleeves and get creative with some blue ink. We’ve got so many beautiful shades of blue in the shop and we thought we should show a few new things off in our front window.
If you follow us on Instagram you will see a bit behind the scenes on our stories.
Our girls are wearing a new Velvet ruffle off the shoulder dress ( with pockets) and a navy dot dress from Harris Wilson. We love a good navy dress!
Have a lovely weekend!

We spent the morning prepping and installing the newest spring window display. If you have been in to the store lately you might have noticed our super cool chair in the shop. I’ve had a vision ever since we got the chair to embellish it with florals. Inspired by another session scrolling on Pinterest!
I wanted to keep our backdrop very soft and muted so the chair and the girls would stand out nicely in the window. We created a patchwork pattern of pale pinks, neutral and peach paper squares. Quite a blushy palette.
Some of our favourite Des Petits Hauts pieces are featured on our Blush girls. You can shop some of them online.
Now, we are totally in the mood for pretty little outfits and lots of spring blooms.

Today we are sharing a little peek at our new Holiday window that we installed last week at the shop.
We were so excited to have Margaux Bucher Lettering Arts back to the shop this year. We had her set up at the shop last year personalizing pretty Christmas ornaments for our customers. We decided to change it up this year and have her put the finishing touches on our new window display.
Tis the Season to Sparkle… We just love what she created in our window. Thanks again Margaux.
